Help a Cosplayer!

So PortCon is this weekend. :w00t:

BUT!! There is a Reno Cosplayer that needs help. He wants to make an EMR but doesn't know how. I've tried to find something online (like what I was doing for my Organization coat) but no luck. All the other Reno Cosplayers out there are having the same problem.

If you can help, comment here give me a note. I will tell him (and give you credit).

Whoot! Yayz for PortCon^^ and for the Reno cosplayer im not sure, what about smthing simple like wraping black duct tape around a sick or rod of some kind? Im not that great with props XP
